Dr Maurice Pisciottano- Effective patient report finding and presentation

A patient's report presents the health history of a patient, treatment given and attendance of clinics e.t.c. These reports help practitioners to help a patient by ensuring proper treatment is given all the time and systematically. Using Dr Moe Pisciottano report of finding system, we will look at what a good patient's report should have for it to be effective.

1. Should include all the client's personal details i.e name, gender, age, marital status and their geographical location.

2. It should provide a brief history if the patient's health, i.e when the patient started medication and how they have been responding to treatment from the first visit to current.

3. It should include the practitioner attending them. Apart from giving the patient a personalized feeling,it also enhances accountability which adds to patient's confidence.

The report of Dr Moe Pisciottano of finding system is aimed at helping a practitioner increase new patient retention rate. This is done by use of the above guidelines which help the practitioner to attend the patients efficiently. When a patient visits your sanatorium for the first time, they have an expectation based on referees, but if you want to retain them, you need to do more than just meet their expectation. That means you need to create a personal approach to your services. This makes the patient to open up and help you treat them.

The report of finding system also allows patients to evaluate the services being offered. This will help you as practitioner to know what you need to change or improve to make the patients more comfortable to come back for a second and third visit. It also helps you to explain to the patient on what to really expect from the treatments given or services rendered. Dr Maurice Pisciottan recommends it for patients for to make a right choice where need be and to be psychologically aware of what is happening.
