Dr Maurice Pisciottano : Getting over customers retention challenges

Dr Moe Pisciottano has been through a number of challenges especially when it is about retaining customers. However, he finds it worth striving harder you maintain the old customers as he understands that the maintenance of customers equals to success of business. Good thing, there are a number of tips on how he has managed to handle these challenges.

ü  Be the best

In the Mechanical Motion Therapy treatment today, it would be correct to say that Dr Maurice Pisciottano is the best if not among the best. He has outstanding treatment techniques to enable him to be singled out from the crowd. For instance, his great discovery of the Pro Adjuster machine was aimed in making him different from every other chiropractor. This has helped him to retain majority of his customers.

ü  Establishing anticipatory solution

It is always wise to look for solutions to foreseen problems just before they come. This will help you to avoid losing customers as a result of upcoming problems. Eventually, you can retain all the customers you had at the start. This can be achieved in several ways

a)       forewarn customers about delay
This will prepare your customers psychologically hence enabling them to prepare early enough. It is an indication that you care about them.

b)        system alerting customer's when the invoice is due
Instead of waiting until the last minute in order to rush customers to clear their bills, it is always good to have a way of alerting them early. This gives them time to get prepared.

ü  Automation system to minimize downtime seasons

In case your business is running on an automatically generated system, odds are that it may fail due to reasons such as power. This will mean a downtime has set in. Having a manual alternative is therefore important. It helps you to prevent loss of customer's at that season. Remember customers are easily gullible and may leave for good.

Finally, build strong relationships through social media. This has enabled Dr Pisciottano to get over the challenges that come by.
