Dr Maurice Pisciottano : Going about Report Findings Exercise

Report findings are a primary element in any health field, including the Mechanical Motion Therapy. Dr Moe has been able to achieve successful chiropractic operations on complicated cases as a result of the accurate details derived in report of findings. Thus it is important for any health officer including chiropractors to have an idea on how to go about report findings. With me I have 4 key steps to share concerning report findings exercise.

a)      Creation of a rapport

Dr Maurice pisciottano advises all his student chiropractors to always develop a rapport before going ahead with report findings. This refers to creating an environment whereby the patient feels free and can answer all questions comfortably. This step is very critical as it determines the flow of information throughout the exercise.

b)      Identifying the required details, relevant information
Just before you commence asking your patient questions, it is important that you identify the areas of concern, relevant details. This should be followed by forming questionnaires to present to the patient. Ensure that you don’t leave out any relevant questions.

c)       Hold an interrogative exercise
Having ensured that you have all the questions required to get the intended information, it is now time to present the questionnaires to the patient. Ensure that you remain courteous and ethical throughout the interview. That is the only way to ensure that you obtain correct information. Accurate information can help in providing ultimate solutions to problems.

d)      Record the findings
Having asked all the relevant questions to your patient, you can now put down your results on a piece of paper. Ensure that you have the correct and current format of doing a report. This will make it easy for your senior assessor to follow all the information without much hassle.

Dr. Moe Pisciottano discusses more strategies on how to approach a report findings exercise in his coaching program.
