Dr Maurice Pisciottano : What should you ask from your to get the best out of a testimonial.

Testimonials can be referred to as patient reviews about your services. Dr Moe Pisciottano has taught widely about the importance of testimonials in the very popular program Grow with Dr Moe. Therefore, in light of this, there is a way you need to conduct your testimonial to get the best out of it. This includes the way you approach patients, the kind of relationship you have created among your patients and even the questions you ask and how you ask them. Below we look at the kind of questions you could ask to get a good testimonial.

1. What was your impression when you first came for the treatment?

This will help you understand how well you have branded your business but more importantly allow the patient to give a direct and genuine answer, the first impression that they had about your facility and how that affected their decision.

2. What was your greatest fear when you were put on the machine?

Every patient when exposed to a new system of treatment they are not used to, they are bound to have some fear. When you ask this question, it helps you to understand your patients better and also helps the patient know that the fear was normal. That they are not paranoid and the patient will talk about what they thought a pro-adjuster was and the kind of expectation they had.

3. Was your expectation better than what you got?

What did you think about the treatment? How were you received? Were the charges worthwhile? All these questions help you understand your level of patient satisfaction in terms of what they expected and what they got.

Testimonials are very powerful tools to get service feedback from patients and the information gotten is not only useful to potential patient but also to you to know what you need to work on to become better, says Dr Maurice Pisciottano.
