First off, you should make it your concern to know who their referrers are. This will enable you to know the clients that are worth rewarding for a job well done. Additionally, you should also carry out some interrogation concerning the history of their health. This will give you a good start off with the new patients hence overcoming the common fear of handling new patients, says Dr Maurice Pisciottano.

  • Book for an appointment with them
Having enquired all you need to know about their ailment condition and treatment history, it is now safe to book an appointment with them. By now you know where to pick it from without having any uncertainties. Ensure that you select a date that your patient is comfortable with. This is the only way to increasing their chances of turning up for treatment.

Dr Pisciottano says that the assessment period with patients is what determines their possibility of resuming for treatment.
