DR MAURICE PISCIOTTANO : TESTIMONIALS FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Testimonials are a real asset for any business that is aiming to grow. Unfortunately, you need to do away with your old habits of taking testimonials particularly if they are wimpy. Dr Moe Pisciottano acknowledges the fact that using testimonials in his chiropractic career is what has enabled him to keep advancing his career. Anybody can make testimonials a good way of developing their business, whether it is a Mechanical Motion Therapy clinic or any other. Perhaps looking at some of the tips that Dr Moe has been using will be of help.

1)      Do not be biased

You do not need to get a customer that is well known to you in order to collect testimonials. In fact, it is even better if you get a customer who is only a business affiliate to help you in that. Remember most of your personal friends may not tell you any flaws in you or your business; after all they do not want to hurt you. This means that you will not get the reality of what your customers say about you.

2)      Renew the testimonials time to time

It is always a good habit to keep updating your testimonials, says Dr Pisciottano. This is the only way you are going to keep track of your business progress. The old testimonials that you featured on your website about 5 years ago may not reveal the current state of your business. This is why you need new testimonials in order to tell what you need to improve on your business.

3)      Encourage negative feedback in order to counter it
Lets face it, most people do not want to be told the bitter truth. Unfortunately, it is impossible to evade the reality. The best you can do is to get the negative sentiments concerning your business and strive towards making everything better. That way, it is possible for you to benefit from the testimonials, no matter how negative the comments may be.

Finally, Dr Maurice Pisciottano recommends people to give positive response to customer's complaints. This will help you to develop your career using testimonials.
