Dr Maurice Pisciottano : Procedures that ensure effective business management

The way a business is organized determines the trend in which it will follow explains Dr. Maurice Pisciottano. A good management team in a business forms a strong back bone on which every other activity in the business seeks support as found in the Grow with Dr. Moe program. He has been handling some of the most important factors that every business person should know. In the chiropractic field, most doctors have found themselves in trouble due to lack of proper information required when running a business. Today we look at some of the procedures that ensure effective business management.

Rules and regulations

In any successful organisation or business, the number one procedure is setting the rules and regulations that will govern the proper running of the business. Chiropractors often forget this and just start off. However, if you have a vision to become an Elite Adjuster, you must lay a foundation which is often based on the rules and regulations that must be observed.

Business ethics

The term ethics refer to the determination of something in relation to whether it’s right or wrong. Sometimes these are considered as just silent rules that are not dictated formally but seen in behaviour. These are introduced by the owner of the business that then becomes the character associated with the business. For example, a chiropractor who puts the interest of his/her clients before anything else wants  those working with him/her to understand that as much as it is a business and should make profits, it is wrong not to treat a patient because they do not have enough money. This is because health comes before money then they can organize how it will be paid.

Business principles

Principles refer to standards that a business ought to reach. These serve as the milestones of the business.
These procedures form the foundation of your business hence the duty of the management team to ensure that they are observed as Dr. Moe Pisciottano advises.
