The major segment of chiropractors have been using insurance based practice all the way. This is perhaps due to lack of better alternatives. Fortunately, a time of freedom is here. Dr Moe Pisciottano says that the best time in his career was when cash based practice was introduced. He has been able to make his career much better than ever before just by going cash. In this article, we are going to have a look at the effects of cash practice in Mechanical Motion Therapy treatment.

More time to interact with customers
Chiropractors have finally come to learn that there are a
lot of restrictions that were placed by third parties with insurance-based
practice. The patients had to always go through the insurance companies before
they can reach to the physical therapists. This led to a lot of interference
thus preventing them from taking care of the patients as they should.
Fortunately, cash practice has eliminated any third parties this creating more
time for interaction.

Managing finances by themselves
Truth be said, it is always never easy for chiropractors to
collect payment from the insurance adjusters. Sometimes, there may be prolonged
disputes over the rates which greatly undermine the financial viability of the
chiropractors. They may end up feeling used especially when they receive peanut
pay for a job they had given their best shot, says Dr Mauric Pisciottano.
·
Time liberty
Clearly, today's time seems to be among the greatest
resources ever. Saving time equals to saving money. This is why chiropractors
are getting frustrated with insurance-based chiropractic where a lot of time is
taken before a treatment is approved.
Dr Pisciottano says that cash-based practice is the
best way of making progress in chiropractic career. It has proven to work for
him really well and hence can work for anyone else.
