The specific Business Management task is subject to be faced with challenges just like most of the other business areas today, Dr Moe Pisciottano admits. Yet, the management team is the one that determines how well problems are solved as soon as they arise. This is why it is always a great idea to have a crew of problem solvers in your management team. It ensures that you do not have to face all the challenges that the business is faced with. Before they can get to the extreme levels, a solution is already provided.  We are going to have a look at some of the hurdles that have been facing the management of most Mechanical Motion Therapy clinics. 

·         Lack of co-operation from workforce

Clearly, the management team can only be successful if it has a good back-up from the entire workforce. This is what ensures that the commands that are given are implemented without much delay. Unfortunately, some of the management team are dealing with very rebellious work force who will have to really be pushed in order to get anything done. This is a real challenge to many managers including Dr Maurice Pisciottano at first.

·         Limited resources

The management team is entrusted with virtually everything that belongs to the business including all the resources. Hence, it is upon them to know how to allocate it appropriately ensuring that the business ends up in a success. Unfortunately, sometimes the resources that the respective business has are too scarce and hard to allocate appropriately.  Yet, the management team is in the blaming end in case of under-performance.

·         Management of records

The management team is expected to be accountable and responsible for all the assets the business owns regardless of how much there is. Hence, sometimes it is not easy to trace the movement of every single asset with all the other responsibilities that are there. This is where a management system steps in to manage all records.
